The past five to six weeks have been very busy for Pets n Their People Photography. I have attended a number of Pet Events here in the Coachella Valley and had the opportunity to photograph hundreds of pets.
Thank you to all of the Pets n Their People that visited my booth at the Strut Your Mutt event. I set up a studio within my booth and photographed some really wonderful pets n people.
I would like to suggest a new concept. Lets have a "Dog Party!"
What's a Dog Party you ask?
I see it as a group of friends that own dogs and want to find an affordable way to get a fantastic Pet Photographer (that's me) to photograph up to four (4) dogs in one session. This way you can divide the cost of the photo session/package, plus you get ten (10) images.
You just can't beat a $200.00 photo session when I come to your home or agreed upon location and photograph up to four pets and you get to select 10 images. Suggestion; Two photos of each dog plus Two group photos? It can be any variation that you and your friends agree upon.
I'm ready to "Dance with your Dog". That's my expression for how I "get the shot" while photographing Dogs. Give me a call, I'm ready to do the two step or any other dance it takes to get the shot!
Hard to believe that January has come and gone. If you have followed my web site blog you will see that January was a very busy month. I have updated my website with photos from some of my favorite pet photography sessions in January. Most of the additions are Dogs and Puppies so please check out my new photos.
I feel blessed to have this opportunity in life to create this business and do what I am passionate about. How many people get to do what they love? I do, and I hope those of you that read this are doing what you love or at least moving in that direction.
In January, my favorite pet photograph referred to on my web site as "Shot of the Month" was two black cats. This photograph was taken from an artistic angle of two beautiful black cats sleeping peacefully on a rocking cool pet pillow.
This month I photographed dogs from Palm Springs, Palm Desert and La Quinta. I am hoping that I am hired in February to photograph some cats as I need a little more color in this part of my website. Did you happen to notice that every cat in that section is black or has black in their fur???
I am hoping and would love to be hired to photograph some beautiful horses. If you know of any horse owners in the Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta areas that may be in the market for a photographer please refer me.
Get your pets gussied up and give me a call, I will make your pet feel and look like a rock star in my photographs!
Welcome to my new website Pets n Their People!
This is my first experience writing a blog so it may take me awhile to get the hang of how all this works. Your patience and suggestions will be appreciated. I will attempt to update this Blog every few weeks at a minimum.
I am actively working at building my website and I have so many ideas for photographing Pets n Their People.
Each month I will select my favorite photo taken. If I receive permission from the owner, that photo may be used on my website and in my annual calendar the following year.
Currently I am looking to connect with a local Pet Rescue Organization and to take and post photos of pets available for adoption. I will update you as soon as I know which organization is interested in working with Pets n Their People and of course you will see some new Pets posted on my website together with contact information on how to adopt them.
Schedule an appointment with me and we will capture "the shot" of you and your pet that you will treasure for ever!
All the Best to you and your furry friends in 2014!
